Self-Coaching: Fertilizing your comfrey plant
When you master self-coaching, three things happen:
You know exactly what to do
You know exactly what to stop doing
You feel more calm and peaceful
It’s a three step process. It takes 30 minutes. You brew your favorite drink, lock your dogs in the bedroom with your partner, and set your phone to airplane mode. You’ll begin every single day knowing exactly what to do, what to stop doing, and what you need to be thinking about.
Self-coaching is the organic fertilizer on your already aggressive comfrey* plant.
And that’s just one of the things you’ll learn in one-on-one coaching.
It’s why my clients can figure out what they want to do with their lives and then go do it in less than six months. They’re not waiting for our weekly call to figure things out. They’re getting coached every day...by themselves.
They bring their biggest stuck points to our weekly calls.
Every week they gain more awareness in our 1:1 sessions. And every week their self-coaching improves.
It doesn’t matter that they haven’t reached their goals in the past. They didn’t know how to self-coach then. They didn’t know how to make themselves feel more confident. They didn’t know how to evaluate and learn without beating themselves up.
That’s the value of self-coaching.
You get to decide what you want to believe about yourself, your work, and the world. Self-coaching is how you actually believe the things you want to believe.
The people doing what you want to be doing aren’t better than you.
They just have more awareness and better tools.

If you’ve failed at past goals, it’s irrelevant. You didn’t have this tool then. Take a minute to imagine what would be possible if you knew exactly what to do, what not to do, and what to think about…every single day. Click here to set up your free consultation.
